The Journey

🦓 iMfolozi Wilderness – South Africa
Raw. Embodied. Rhythmic. Walk deeply into untamed land, carrying your essentials. Cook over fires, draw water from rivers, and live as part of the wilderness. Guided through Big Five territory, you’ll reconnect with your body’s strength and sense of belonging.

🌿 Okavango Delta – Botswana
Soft. Serene. Soulful. Glide through quiet waterways by mokoro, with a support team tending to your needs. Walk from island to island, surrounded by birdsong and ancient stillness. Let go and be held by the Delta’s nurturing embrace.

The Program

  • Duration: 6 nights.

  • First & Last Nights: Comfortable base camp or lodge for grounding and integration.

  • Middle 4 Nights: Sleeping wild under the stars, immersed in the elements.

  • Activities:

    • Guided solo time in nature.

    • Silent walking and deep listening.

    • Shared meals and storytelling around the fire.

    • Journaling with meaningful prompts.

    • Mokoro rides (Okavango Delta) or rhythmic walking (iMfolozi).
